Our three-day intake process starts with understanding your health history and assessing your physical condition. Based on this thorough evaluation, we’ll create a tailored care plan focused on your specific wellness goals and needs.

Day One
Your journey starts with an office tour and a detailed consultation. We’ll delve into your health history, conduct a comprehensive physical examination using a digital INSiGHT Scan, and take x-rays, if required.
This first day is all about listening - we truly want to hear all your concerns and understand your body’s unique physical needs.

Day Two
On the second day, we provide a brief summary of our initial findings. Then we’ll move into pre-adjustment exercises, traction, and the use of the Full Body Vibration Plate.
At Generations, we don’t rush into adjustments. Instead, we take the time to analyze your results and create a custom plan for you.

Day Three
The third day is a blend of group education and private consultation. We’ll discuss normal and abnormal scans and x-rays while offering insights into health, function, and the nervous system.
Finally, in a one-on-one session, we’ll present a detailed care plan including exercises and a homecare kit customized to your health journey.

Dr. Stephen, the founder of Generations Family Chiropractic, discovered chiropractic care early in life. As a child, he struggled with daily stomach aches and headaches but only found relief through chiropractic care. This experience changed Dr. Stephen’s entire philosophy about health. It set him on his path to becoming a chiropractor and shaped his vision for our family-focused clinic.
The team at Generations Family Chiropractic works together to create a welcoming and supportive environment for every patient.
